Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance by visiting our online store, TOPShop, at back to top - Should I bring anything with me?
In order to enter the event, all guests are asked to present a current valid ID to verify age. This is required by state law. All guests under the age of 21 will be permitted with an identifying wristband. No outside food or beverage is permitted into Taste of Parkersburg. Your entry ticket will gain access to the Taste of Parkersburg event including entertainment all evening. Additional Vendor Coupons must be purchased to exchange for tasting of food, wine and beer. Cash is accepted by all specialty foods vendors and artisans. Vendor Coupons are available in sheets of 10 for $10. Taste of Parkersburg is a non-profit event. All proceeds are used to cover the cost of the event. Costs include such things as setup and related rentals, collateral materials, advertising and related support supplies. Any remaining funds will be used to improve future Taste of Parkersburg events. back to top - Who runs Taste of Parkersburg?
The Taste of Parkersburg is coordinated by the Downtown Development Task Force whose membership includes downtown businesses, the Wood County Commission, the Wood County Development Authority and the City of Parkersburg. A steering committee has been formed to coordinate the countless local volunteers. The members of the committee come from all areas of the community – The Blennerhassett Hotel, the City of Parkersburg, the Smoot Theater, Parkersburg Actors Guild, the City of Parkersburg, area businesses and other service organizations. back to top
