Assist event company
Assist Hotel set-up crew

Set-up tables and chairs
Set-up entrance gates
Set-up retail tent booths
Place signage / banners

Vendor / Volunteer Check-In

Saturday 11:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Check-in all arriving volunteers
Distribute job descriptions.
Distribute T-Shirt as necessary.
I.D and wrist band all volunteers.
Give contact #’s and send to appropriate team leader.
Stock all refreshments
Advise volunteer staff-including police officers, EMTs, and other volunteers of refreshments

Cashier Tent

Saturday 4:00pm-11:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Collect money from admissions, ticket sales, etc/ Running change
Issue cashbanks / credit card machines for front gate, concessions, wine glass / t-shirt stands as needeed.
Perform cash-out for front gate
Issuing tickets to and performing ticket cash-out for all vendors
Issuing tickets to and performing cash-out for wine glass / t-shirt stands
Issue tickets to and perform cash-out for Vendor ticket tables
Issue tickets to and perform cash-out for roving Vendor ticket sales people
Handle ticket returns at close of event.

Entrance Gate

Saturday 4:00pm-11:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Collect advanced tckets
Check Vendor, Sponsor, and Volunteer badges
Hand out vendor information
Hand out wine glasses
Hand out programs
Collect money
Give directions

ID Station

Saturday 4:00-11:00pm

Job Responsibilities

ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A WRIST BAND!!!!!

One color – is allowed legal consumption
Another color – paying guest who CANNOT consume

ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE AN DRIVER’S LICENCE OR STATE ISSUED I.D. with a date of birth ON / BEFORE
SEPTEMBER 29, 1986
to be eligible to consume alcoholic beverages.

NO ONE WITHOUT AN OF-AGE I.D. can be Wristbanded with the One Color Wristbands.

I.D. ANYONE WHO APPEARS UNDER THE AGE OF
FORTY (40).

Vendor Ticket Sales

Saturday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Job Responsibilities

Collect cash bank / credit card imprinter / credit card receipts / vendor tickets from Cashier tent.

Sale Tickets to patrons
(all tickets are $1.00 increments)
(all food / wine tastings are priced at $2.00, $3.00, or $4.00)
(all concession drinks are $1.00)
(short-sleeve T’s are $10.00, long-sleeve T’s are $15.00)
(wine glasses are $6.00/each or a six-box for $30.00.)
(wine glass/Tee-shirt sold together: short-sleeve/glass is $15.00:Long-sleeve/glass is $20.00)
(Wine glass / Tee-shirt / concession stands only accept Vendor tickets)

*There will be additional items for sale as well, i.e. polo shirt and ball cap

At closing return all cash / cash bank / credit card imprinters / credit card receipts / vendor tickets to cashier tent.

Roving Ticket Sales

Saturday 5:00pm-10:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Collect cash bank / vendor tickets from Cashier tent.

Sale Tickets to patrons

Job Responsibilities

Assist all Vendors with booth set-up, signage, and identification
Locate hot boxes for Vendors
Locate chaffing pans for Vendors
Locate cold food storage for Vendors
Stock, label, and control Vendor food/beverage
Stock ice for Vendors
Supply and replenish sternos / fuel supplies
Check with Vendors on Utensil/plate/napkin supplies
Check Wine Vendors Dump Stations
Collecting and saving empty wine bottles (save corks)
Manage trash removal with Vendors
Restock fuel cells

Concessions

Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Sale sodas, water, shirts, caps, and wine glasses
Operate cash register / handle cash
Sell vendor tickets
Set-up and break-down concession stand
